• Teach designated subject(s) across both GED and IGCSE programs.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with GED and Cambridge IGCSE standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, projects, and exams.
• Adapt teaching methods to support varied learning styles and academic levels.
• Student Support & Engagement:
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students both in and outside the classroom.
• Coordinate and lead extracurricular or enrichment activities that enhance student learning and engagement.
• Support career and academic guidance where needed.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and report regularly to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in the relevant subject or related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent credential.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in either GED, IGCSE, or both.
• Strong knowledge of the GED and Cambridge IGCSE curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience teaching both GED and IGCSE curricula.
• Experience with digital learning tools and blended learning environments.
• A track record of organizing or leading student-centered projects, clubs, or competitions.
