We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across core functions of our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of work across all departments
  • Lead and manage Production, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, and Administration teams
  • Implement and control budgets to ensure cost-efficiency
  • Drive departments toward achieving their KPIs
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace environment
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and internal audit standards
  • Identify and prevent operational fraud and enforce accountability
  • Manufacturing (Food Industry)
