Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, creative visual materials that effectively communicate the brand message across multiple channels, including product packaging, key communication visuals, advertising boards, print media, and digital platforms. This role ensures that all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation  

• Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with project requirements and company objectives.

Brand Consistency 

• Ensure all design outputs follow the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional image across all platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

•  Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver effective design solutions that support business goals.

Design Management 

•  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Innovation & Trends 

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply innovative ideas to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.  
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
