Head of Agent Banking

Job Description:

• Leads and manages the Agent Operation and the day-to-day operational support services,
• transactional, fraud management, compliant
• Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the team.
• Perform to achieve business goals to Agent Banking
• Regular visits to the field and branches to ensure correct implementations of agency banking
• strategies, policies and compliance also to monitor performance and evaluation of branches
• and field team KPls.
• Supporting for cash transaction solutions
• Identify major risks affecting the branches and take necessary steps to measure, monitor

and manage those risks.

• Liaising with related stakeholder on identification of the new prospective agents in the market
• while ensure compliance of KYC as per regulation and business requirements.
• Implementing the policy, guidelines
• Track and monitor the performance of Agency Banking Representatives and assign goals
• to branches and field team by product
• Drive an open communication channel with Branch Managers and Head Office team to foster
• cooperation, teamwork and taking responsibility in coaching and guiding the team
• Provide performance, Service and market/competitor's analytics reports regularly
• Work with all critical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the Agent Banking and financial Inclusion strategies of the Bank
• Regularly reviewing all operational standards for product profitability, and identifying skills
• gaps
• Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time;
• supports the Bank's strategies, goals, and values!
• Updated knowledge on industry and economy, Global business environment/regulations to
• effectively engage with corporate clients
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirement for Head of Agent Banking

• Minimum 10/15 years of banking experience including at least 5 years in Agent Banking at a senior position.
• Having professional training in Agent Banking
• Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Agent
• Banking
• Proven success records in Agent Banking
• Having excellent oral and written skills as well as sound computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set
• A Bachelor's degree preferably with concentration in Business, accounting, Management

• and Economics

• Minimum of 10 years of financial services experience
• Minimum of (3) years Managerial experience.
• Must understand economics concepts and Accounting and Finance
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications, Reporting and presentations Skills
• Flexibility with work hours, including ability to work on holidays and weekends when necessary; ability to travel for business
