We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Monitoring and reviewing showroom sales performance on a regular daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare and Present Strategic Retail Plan for Company Yearly and Quarterly basic.
  • Make Plan for Detail Quarterly Sale Plan and provide guide line for Merchandizing and Marketing Department.
  • Supplier Relationship management and Communication with Corporations for the Sale events.
  • Strategic Marketing plan for each Branches for effective marketing and sale processes.
  • Draw up Strategies for Yearly plans case by case to align with Corporate Goals and Objectives.
  • Must enthusiastically initiate marketing and promotion activities and events in order to achieve sale targets for each Branches.
  • Provide Strategic Guide line for Merchandizing Department regarding Visual Merchandizing, Pricing, Supplier Selection and Problem-solving policy.
  • Policy making for Branches regarding sales strategies, Operation and Customer Complains.
  • Strategically analysis of Sale Procedures and provide competitive and Outstanding ideas which could support to improve Retail Sales.
  • Actively participate in Merchandizing plans and its method of display ideas for better visual and attraction for customers who come to Retail Shop.
  • Analyze the marketing budget and make policy to align with corporate goals.
  • Must have clearly vision of Marketing, Merchandizing and Operation Goals in order to summarize them to set up Retail Budget.
  • Providing guidelines to Branch Managers and Retail Managers to supports their needs and requirements to increase sales.
  • Monitoring and reviewing competitors’ activities and plan the effective Strategic plans.
  • Prepare the Business plan for new showroom establishment
  • Actively participate during planning, designing, preparation, construction, marketing and merchandizing for new showroom establishments.
  • Make Quarterly Sale target for each Retail Branch and present to Top Management.
  • Responsible for achieving sale target set up by Top Management by each retail branches.       
  • Leads department heads to improve Retail sector developments and provided guidelines to achieve Organizational Goals.
  • Set up Retail sector Visions and Goals, make sure each Retail Branches to operate in accordance with them.  
  • Collaborates with related department to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective sale plans.
  • Planning and Preparation for Training and Product display for Promotion in Showroom.
  • Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through reporting, communicating, discussing.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Understanding of each product natures and make attractive sale and marketing plans.
  • Monitoring market trends to determine which products will be in demand in the future.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting independently and with relative department.
  • Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales. 
  • Prepare monthly and yearly reports for upper management.
  • To fulfill the duties assigned by the management team from time to time.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Economy.
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Between 30 – 45 years old.
  • Advance English Communication Skill. (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
  • At least between (5) years or more’ experience in Retail Sales generalist field and Management Field.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Must be able to perform as Project Leader.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent understanding of inter-departmental procedures and their processes.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.
  • Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
  • Excellent Project Management skill and Time management Skill
  • Must be able to travel to required branch offices.
