An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Ensure timely completion of KYC (Know Your Customer), counterparty screening, and customer due diligence processes.
Assist customers with cash withdrawals, deposits, remittances and loan as per banking procedures.
Adhere to Myanmar's banking policies, operations, and procedures as directed by the Head Office or Central Bank of Myanmar.
To be a quick learner and to be proficient in relevant Banking System.
Provide customer service in line with the bank's core values, including handling client complaints.
Managed corporate relationships with companies and individual customers.
Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customer needs.
Onboarding new customers and companies and maintaining long-term relationship with existing customers.
Execute the identification and formal submission of MFIU Online Reporting System on a daily basis.
