  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify variances.
  • Prepare cost analysis and profitability reports for management decision-making.
  • Monitor operating expenses and recommend cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and review tax filings, withholding tax, commercial tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ACCA, LCCI Level III, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Trading, Real Estate, or F&B industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software (MYOB, SAP etc.) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Able to work @ Ahlone Township.
