  • Lead initiatives to improve safety performance, reduce accidents, and enhance environmental sustainability.
  • Train and mentor staff on HSE practices, fostering a safety-first culture within all teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and HSE metrics, preparing reports for top management and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and HR teams to integrate HSE into daily operational planning.
  • Review and approve safety-related documentation, permits, and compliance records.
