The Health Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pyapon, Daw Nyein Village responsible for overseeing occupational health and wellness programs for project personnel. This role includes conducting routine health assessments, monitoring workplace health risks, and coordinating medical support services in line with company standards and local regulations. The Health Lead will develop and implement health promotion initiatives, including training and awareness campaigns focused on safety, disease prevention, and overall well-being. Daily tasks include advising project management on health-related policies, responding to health concerns from employees, maintaining accurate health records, and collaborating with external healthcare providers as needed. The role also requires close coordination with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) teams to ensure integrated health and safety practices at project sites.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities, with a focus on providing supportive, responsive, and confidential health-related assistance to employees.
• Candidates should possess Occupational Health expertise, including knowledge of workplace health standards, risk assessment, and preventive health measures.
• Candidates should possess Medicine-related competencies, such as basic clinical assessment, emergency response, and coordination with medical facilities (professional medical qualification or certification is highly beneficial).
• Candidates should possess Health Promotion skills, including designing and delivering training, campaigns, and educational materials to improve employee health and wellness.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Occupational Health, Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working in industrial, construction, or engineering project environments, ideally within international or multicultural settings, is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation and reporting related to health programs are important.
• Familiarity with local health regulations and international occupational health standards is beneficial.

• Bechalor Degree in M.B.B.S with National Sa Ma Certificate
• Good English Speaking communication
• at least 10-15 years experience in Medical Lead
• more preferable in hand valid certificate of ACLS, BLS and ITLS
• Good reporting in English
