Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and labor.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR databases. Administer payroll, attendance tracking, OT calculation and leave management. Overall SSB/EC Process/Personal Income Tax Process.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and labor.
  • Prepare and assist in interview process.
  • Check CV form to complete necessary documents.
  • Build Employee Profile at IHRM Software and update employee data information. Workplace Coordination Committee (WCC) Process, Workplace Safety & Health Care Committee Process, and other government related process.
  • Assist in ISO 9001:2015 Audit preparation
  • Assistant in Performance Appraisal.
  • Any other ad-hocs duties assigned by management.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration and facility management. Coordinate office supplies, equipment.
  • Manage company assets, inventory, and administrative records.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, accommodation, and company events when required. Support health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives.
  • Assist management with administrative projects and operational tasks.
  • Operate company vehicle when required for official purposes.
  • Monitor fleet fuel usage and coordinate vehicle maintenance. Manage office stationery and general procurement needs.

Experience & Qualification

  • Diploma in Human Resource/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent to any other diploma.
  • At least 4 years' experience in HR field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced excel. To handle multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in using HR system is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken.
  • A good team player, mature and possess positive working attitude
