Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process to fulfill factory manpower requirements.
Supervise attendance, leave, overtime, and monthly payroll processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisals, emplxoyee confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.
Plan and coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable Myanmar Labor Laws and company regulations.
Manage employee welfare activities and factory HR administration.
Prepare regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and manpower status.
Lead and supervise HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Laws and HR practices.
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
Can stay at Hmawbi Factory.
