  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules consistently.
  • Handle employee relations matters and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support management reviews.
  • Organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and letters (offer letters, contracts, warning letters, etc.).
  • Support HR projects and other assigned tasks by management.

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
