-Responsible for position job vacancies on social media platforms(Facebook,Linkedln))and job portals to recruit employees.
-Carry out recruitment,hiring,and appointment processes for new employees.
-Check and record attendance records,as well as calculate salaries(Payroll).
-Maintain records of leave and overtime payments and performs necessary calculations.
-Compute and process Salary Income Tax,Sacial Security Board (SSB)contributions.
Prepare and manage Employee Contracts( internal and ExternalContracts).
-Foreigner residence permit and Form.C

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
-Bacherlor’s degree holder or a final-year university students.
-Must have a diploma or Certificate relates to HR.
-Must have knowledge and understanding of Labour Law.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word,Excel and Email.
-Age between 25 and 30 years old.
Must be familiar with labour laws and able to handle government office -related processes.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Candidates who are willing to work long-term will be given preference.
Must have good moral character and a strong interest in the job.
