  • Entire recruitment process for assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, and job offering.
  • Conducted candidate sourcing through both online and offline recruitment channels and services.
  • Handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description implementation, job advertisements, CV collection, shortlisting, screening, assessments, and interviews.
  • Screened CVs and shortlisted qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinated interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
  • Conducted new employee orientation and participated in staff induction training related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintained and updated employee data in the HRIS system.
  • Prepared HR-related documents including confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and other official correspondence.
  • Managed employee personal files and ensured all required documents were properly maintained.
  • Coordinated with labor offices and processed employment contracts in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assisted in preparing employee performance appraisals and evaluations.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional departments and branch offices for HR-related matters
  • Communicated and collaborated with cross-functional teams regarding employee-related information and updates.
  • Supported employee relations and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace environment.

  • 3 to 5 years and above experienced in HR field.
  • Possessing a HR diploma or certificate would be an advantages.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
  • Knowledge in Labor Law.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).
  • Good personality and negotiation.
  • Open-Minded and good listening skills
