Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in hiring sales executives, cashiers, goldsmiths, designers, and back-office staff.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Prepare payroll inputs including overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, bonus, etc.).
Update employee records in HRMS or payroll software.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee personal files and contracts.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
Update employee database regularly.
4. Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to salary, leave, and policies.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and Shop & Establishment regulations.
Maintain HR registers and statutory records.
Support audits and inspections.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (retail/manufacturing preferred).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
