A Good Opportunity for ..

• Follow up emails & dispatch correct email to related PICS.
• Checking the manifest data with feeder line for manifest filling process
• Issue invoices for carrier & local charges via LARA as per the required KPIs.
• Check BL, telex release, freight payment and related documents before stamp on 91 forms.
• Coordinate with customers for any clarification on the charges related to APL tariff at the counter.
• Follow up NOA provided to customers before vessel arrival.
• Follow up with customers by phone on the NOA & clearance of containers. Highlight to Manager idle situation status.
• Control weekly the TBI of freight & DD in order to identify the missing invoicing.
• Control the ageing situation before any release & coordinate with Finance/APL Documentation for clearance.
• Follow up with customer for long stay containers for inbound shipment
• Follow up for vessel call closure via LARA
• Send the import containers discharge list to logistics team
• Take out PML discharge list from LARA system and prepare and save with own format
• Coordinate with cashier team after customer settled the charges
