• Maintain inventory records using excel spreadsheets.
• Check and verify daily sales reports from all outlets.
• Review stock transfers between branches/warehouse and update records.
• Monitor any returns both from customers and internal movements.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes, and report variances.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.

• Advance in Microsoft Excel
