  • Monitor network infrastructure, backbone links, and services 24x7.
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and escalate network incidents and outages.
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams during outages.
  • Monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and interface errors.
  • Handle customer tickets and provide timely updates.
  • Perform network health checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Generate incident reports and daily operational reports.
  • Support configuration changes during maintenance windows.
  • Escalate critical incidents according to SLA procedures.
  • Maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting records.

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of routing and switching technologies such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, MPLS, and IPv4/IPv6.
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting network incidents, packet loss, latency, and bandwidth utilization.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper, Huawei, or other networking vendors is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and network security concepts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Layer 1 to Layer 3 network issues effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for handling customer and vendor escalations.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift-based operational environment.
  • CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent certification is preferred.
