Provide day-to-day technical support to internal employees via the helpdesk, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently.
Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, wired and wireless network printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, update, and license operating systems (Windows/macOS) and core business software (Microsoft 365, Antivirus, etc.).
Monitor, configure, and maintain local internal network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, and Access Points (APs).
Handle installation, setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
Monitor CCTV system uptime, manage storage capacity, and handle video footage retrieval requests when required.
Assist in managing meeting room Audio-Visual equipment and video conferencing systems.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all company IT assets (Laptops/Desktops, Printers, CCTV units, Network devices), software licenses, and hardware equipment.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Helpdesk role.
Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network Engineering (NE) are a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including Microsoft Office troubleshooting (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and email management.
Good understanding of basic and internal networking principles (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Access Point configuration).
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance for Laptop/Desktop PCs, as well as wired and wireless network printers.
Practical skills in CCTV camera installation, setup, and DVR/NVR maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical staff.
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle urgent IT issues, and work independently.
