Job Summary: 

The IT Executive will manage system maintenance, support, bridging IT and business operations. 
This role involves gathering requirements, thorough testing, and ensuring systems meet accounting standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 
System Maintenance and Support:

• Coordinate with development partners. 
• Document requirements, emphasizing accounting and business processes.
• Assist in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Conduct system testing and validation. 
• Track project progress and resolve issues. 

Accounting Treatment & Business Process: 
• Collaborate with finance teams to document accounting-related requirements. 
• Ensure system developments align with accounting principles. 
• Support testing to confirm accurate accounting implementation.

Documentation & Reporting: 
• Maintain system documentation and testing protocols. 
• Prepare reports on project status and system performance. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination. 
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Familiarity with custom-developed solutions. 
• Proficiency in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MS SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
