Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.
In-depth knowledge of FTTX (Fiber to the X) technology, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, and their applications.
Understanding of project management principles and experience in managing IT projects.
Minimum CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
Extensive experience with brand IT products such as Cisco, Dell, HP, UniFi, and TP-Link,etc..
Age 30+ years preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel locally if needed.
