- Perform maintenance activities of hardware and software on a regular basis for I.T equipment.
- To provide reliable IT support to all functions across school operations.
- Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks within the Organization.
- Conducting periodic inventory activities on all Assets of IT in the school either movable or immovable as sets.
- Supporting all IT equipment that is a school asset for use in operational activities of learning or administrative and managerial activities
- Backing up data and system and maintenance of anti-virus/Trojan/worm attacks etc.
- Installing new Internet and CCTV network.
- Storing and maintaining IT movable goods such as (Printers, Laptop, LCD Projector, Visualizer, Copiers) and record In and out of the goods.
- Studying new technology and implementing it into the system at school for maximum use
- Coordinate with teamwork, Department Head for any problems that arise
- Look for new vendor (s) with better price and quality of goods for cost optimization for
- IT support Periodically perform performance analysis of system hardware, software and network and report it to I.T
- Running all support procedures (Application, Processing, Approval) that Department Head have established
- Managing Sound System and Experienced on Audio System.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Other related tasks are assigned by Department Head
