• Deliver system training sessions to end-users and stakeholders
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and system documentation
• Analyze business processes and translate system functionalities into user-friendly training content
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot user issues
• Monitor user performance and recommend improvements

Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs

Work Location
•    Half of the time in Yangon
•    Half of the time in a safe area near Yangon
•    Accommodation and meal provided for out-of-Yangon assignments
Work Schedule
•    Working hours at Yangon Office : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
•    Working hours (Split Shift) when working outside of Yangon :

1. Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
2. Standard Office Hours Shift (Flexible): 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
3. Evening Session: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    

•    Bachelor degree or related qualifications in IT, Computer Science 
•    Proven experience as: System Trainer Or Business Analyst (BA), Or Functional Consultant, Or Software Support
•    Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
•    Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
•    Excellent presentation and training delivery skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and manage flexible working hours
•    Willingness to travel and stay outside Yangon
