•    Install & configure software and hardware as per instruction of ICT SOP.

•     Service & Support ELV System, File Server, Access Network and ICT accessories etc..

•     Responsible for day-to-day monitoring, technical support and planning of all aspects of the network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/Wireless network, while ensuring the ICT environment is secure.

•     Upgrade windows, drivers and ict standard softwares

•     Development expertise to train staffs on Business Software usage, printing, email and messaging, social web application etc.

•     Provide troubleshooting support for escalated software and hardware problems

•     Collabration and teamwork skill to ICT Team members.

•     Maintain Office Computers, ELV System, File Server, Access Network and other ICT equipment as per instruction of ICT SOP

•     Respond to after-hours system problem calls

•     Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshoot in the solution of system communications failures and conflicts

•     Review, prioritize, process problem reports and Document the progress of projects during timeline.

•     Maintain systems compliance with company ICT policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience working in IT operations
• Good knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server and Linux.
• Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
