Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Provide first-line support for PCs, printers, network devices, fingerprint and office software.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues in a timely manner.
● Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
● Support data backup, system maintenance, and routine preventive checks.
● Assist employees with IT-related requests and ensure clear, professional follow-up.
● Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for repairs, replacements, and escalations.
● Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, assets, and support activities.

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior IT support experience is an advantage.
● Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, printers, and office applications.
● Familiarity with LAN, internet connectivity, and common troubleshooting methods.
● Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
● Able to communicate clearly with users and work well in a team environment.
● Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a manufacturing setting.
● Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
● Must be based in or willing to work in Hlaingtharya, Yangon.
