The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Developer works closely with stake holders and the other members of our IT professional services team to perform development and oversight of our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system to meet business objectives. The initial focus of the role will be working with senior developer in a training role. This will be done in conjunction with 3rd party experts. Additional activities using SQL and .NET, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), 3rd party reporting tools, Office 365(Sharepoint/Planner/Teams/PowerBI) with MS Dynamics ERP.

• Testing functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements
• Delivering modifications once deemed essential and appropriate
• Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end user support
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
• Experience with any programming language such as C# .NET languages, Python, PHP, Java/Javascript

• Skills and/or Training Desired:
• B.Sc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality assurance, manufacturing and distribution is a plus.
• C/SIDE development skill but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand business process workflows and how they might be optimized.
• Experience developing applications using structured query language (SQL) Server as the database.
• Experience with Microsoft software product such as Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Windows OS, and Office Suite.
