Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Japanese Teachers to deliver effective Japanese language instruction and support students in achieving their language-learning goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong Japanese language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Japanese culture and customs.
Job Description

• Teach Japanese language courses according to the established curriculum and training standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct JLPT preparation classes and assist students in achieving their target proficiency levels.
• Introduce and explain Japanese culture, customs, workplace etiquette, and social practices.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, student performance reports, and other teaching-related documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and school activities when required.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with the institution’s policies, procedures, and teaching standards.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, or university students who have completed substantial coursework may also apply.
• JLPT N2 certification is preferred; at minimum, candidates must have passed JLPT N3.
• Prior teaching experience in Japanese language instruction is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture, customs, and social etiquette, with the ability to incorporate them into teaching.
• Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of punctuality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Age 28 years and above.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and support students throughout their learning process.
