1. Collect, analyse, and present production data to improve quality, cost and profitability.

2. Coordinate with relevant departments for resolving quality issues and customer complaints.

3. Lead and handle ERP issues for manufacturing department.

4. Provide technical support for quality control and supports the acquisition of ISO9001.

Training

• Participate in plant training programs.
• Attend local training facilities to complete further training where deemed necessary to compliment your position

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or similar discipline
• Interested in steel products and their manufacturing control.  Also, the will to work for a long time.
• Ability to take a positive view of everything and work in collaboration with the team.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong ability to communicate with a workforce where English is not the first language.
• Proactive, well organized and continuously striving for an exciting efficient approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, etc with strong analytical skill.
• As a member of society, you must have company policies, cooperation with colleagues,  and common sense.
