We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive – Transportation Section to monitoring and manage the company’s transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining transportation records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting overall administrative functions related to transportation management. Fleet Management: Strategically planning and managing transportation including sourcing car rental, Manage contracts, ferry routes, maintenance, and insurance. Transport Coordination: Schedule and manage transportation arrangements for employees, VPs, and visitors as needed. Driver Supervision: Monitor drivers' performance, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and handle driver schedules. Resolve any problems and complaints to maintain service quality. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update vehicle registration, insurance, and other regulatory documents. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with transport service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage outsourced transportation services. Expense & Budget Management: Track and report transportation expenses, fuel costs, and maintenance expenditures. Handle invoicing and payment processing for monthly rental fees, monthly rental overtime charges, and fuel expenses. Meeting: Organize weekly and monthly transportation meetings with relevant team members. Prepare monthly reports related to transportation activities, including rental usage, overtime hours, fuel consumption, and any other relevant metrics as required. Safety & Security: Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and implement policies to improve transportation efficiency. Apply for and register gate passes for vehicles. Administrative Support: Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support other administrative duties as required.
Purpose/ Mission The Associate Office Manager will ensure that the employees and visitors at the JFE MYANMAR Coated Steel administration office building and premises in Thilawa SEZ will receive reliable office administrative support, housekeeping, and other services. He or she shall ensure that office support and services are provided effectively and efficiently. Manage and optimize the cost and delivery services in the offices. Key Responsibilities Provide office administration and general services to the employees and visitors in the offices and premises. Manager day-to-day operations of all office services to ensure the organization’s administrative needs are met, including Safety and safety instructions, mail, pantry, reception, and visitor management, phone management, showroom management, and office decoration. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate data entry and processing in the company’s ERP, time & attendance, and financial systems. Coordinates with vendors and outside services to ensure timely delivery and completion of materials and services, and to obtain timely quotes from multiple sources for quoting customers. Maintains and updates filing system for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed. Prepare Office budget, upkeep office monthly costs and optimize the actual cost and services Performs other assignments as directed by the Manager.
• Responsible for performing a variety of technical duties to support and ensure proper operation of the wastewater treatment functions, including wastewater collection, treatment; and performs another duty relating to the operation, maintenance, and repair of other utilities systems as necessary • Perform operating and maintaining of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Air compressor, Cooling Tower, and other Utilities Unit in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Standard. • Carry out plant performance monitoring, inspect water quality checking, data recording on a regular basis according to Local Zone water quality standard. • Assist in the performance of regular maintenance schedule and repair on all plant equipment and machinery. • To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
