Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Assist students with course selection, admissions, and study-abroad planning for Malaysia.
● Explain program options, entry requirements, fees, and timelines in a clear, supportive way.
● Help prepare and review application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
● Follow up on application progress and communicate updates to students in a timely manner.
● Support walk-ins, calls, and email inquiries while maintaining professional client service.
● Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions to keep processes moving smoothly.

● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
● 1+ year of experience in consulting, education services, admissions, or customer support.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-focused attitude.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documents and follow-ups.
● Able to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using email and digital communication tools.
● Interest in international education and willingness to learn study-abroad procedures.
● Professional, proactive, and able to work in Kamaryut, Yangon.
