  • Support and assist merchandising for purchasing operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow with strong administrative skills and maintain department files and documentation.
  • Generate and issue purchase orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process payment request documentation, working closely with the finance department to ensure all invoices and receipts are accurately submitted for payment and track the status of payments to ensure vendors are paid on time.
  • Coordinate and schedule product training sessions for the sales and support teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge to sell and service our products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding POs and payment status based on merchandising plans.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in pricing, quantity, or documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and documentation. Then distributing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports as requested.
