Alliance Packaging Solution Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience using MIT Accounting Software to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions using MIT Accounting Software.
• Maintain and update Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales, Purchase, and General Ledger records.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Update and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and accounting reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with the company's internal control procedures and policies.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), LCCI Level III, or a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using MIT Accounting Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous accounting experience in a Trading Company is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of taxation and financial reporting.
