  • Record daily transactions into accounting software
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliation
  • Support in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions.
  • Support external/internal audit requirements by preparing necessary documentation.
  •  Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by supervisors

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with accounting software
