Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily payment vouchers.
  • Record cash book items, receipts, and payment transactions in the system.
  • Enter journal entries into the system.
  • Assist in preparing monthly accrued journals for vendors.
  • Review the monthly accounts payable balance.
  • Prepare repayment schedules and verify accounts receivable balances.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by senior staff and the manager.

  • Coordination and Collaboration with related departments.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines.
