An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Check the Opex , Capex Payment Vouchers, Payment Request and Journal Entries with Relevant documents.
  • Ensure completed approvals and full set of documents attached with Debit/Credit Vouchers 
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing document .
  • Maintains Document files (eg. Journal Vouchers, Debit & Credit Vouchers, Bank Statements and any other documents, etc)
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation .
  • Report to Seniors for key problem area and suggest for improvements .
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Ensure to complete all assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
  • Responsible for Day to Day  Accounts Operations.
  • Conduct Other ad-hoc assigned by Line Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree / Finance, Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) or related studies.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years work experience in accounting field.
  • Experience in computerized software & advance excel are essential.
