Assist in daily banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
Handle basic customer inquiries and provide service support at the counter
Assist in documentation, filing, and data entry related to customer transactions
Support branch administrative and clerical duties
Help resolve basic customer complaints or escalate as needed
Ensure compliance with internal policies and bank procedures
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling products.
