* Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
* Give customers information about rates, delivery times, and shipment status.
* Track shipments and update customers about delivery status.
* Arrange pickup and delivery with customers and drivers.
* Handle customer complaints and solve delivery problems.
* Follow up on delayed, damaged, or returned shipments.
* Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, Customs, and overseas teams.
* Coordinate customers with documents and customs requirements.
* Keep customer and shipment records updated.
* Build good relationships with customers and provide good service.
* Support the Sales team when needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Courier, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, especially in reading, writing, and customer communication.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Good knowledge of shipment tracking, delivery processes, and basic logistics operations.
- Able to work effectively with Operations, Sales, Customs, Drivers, and overseas teams.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Email).
- Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience with logistics/transportation or courier systems will be an advantage.
