  • Work closely with team members (developers, project lead, and project managers) to support testing and delivery of high-quality software products
  • Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and changelogs
  • Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications under supervision
  • Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with proper steps to reproduce
  • Perform functional and regression testing for app and web features
  • Support API testing and verify basic data accuracy and system behavior
  • Assist in tracking and retesting defects until closure
  • Document test execution results and maintain testing records
  • Support cross-functional teams throughout SDLC/STLC processes
  • Participate in requirement reviews and gain understanding of system workflows (loan lifecycle, repayment, charges, etc.)
  • Learn QA tools, testing methodologies, and fintech domain processes
  • Communicate issues and progress clearly to senior QA team members.
  • Support UAT and release validation activities when required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in Software Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Process at least 1–2 years of experience in software testing.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile application testing (UI/UX, APIs, and data validation) is an advantage.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong willingness to learn fintech/microfinance systems and workflows.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under supervision in an agile team environment.
  • Committed, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Able to follow instructions and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good to have experience in Myanmar typing.
