We are seeking a patient, energetic, and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher to foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of our youngest learners. You will create a safe, stimulating classroom environment, implementing an engaging foundational curriculum that builds a love for learning and prepares students for primary school.
Key Responsibilities
 Instruction: Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate lesson plans covering foundational literacy, phonics, numeracy, and science through play-based and hands-on activities.
 Classroom Management: Establish positive routines and behavior boundaries; maintain a safe, clean, and supervised learning environment at all times.
 Student Welfare: Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs and support the social-emotional development of individual children.
 Communication: Maintain proactive, consistent communication with parents regarding student milestones and progress; prepare reports and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
 Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and school administration, and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
Requirements & Qualifications
 

 Education: ECCD certificate or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten, Preschool, or Early Years setting.
 Skills: Strong understanding of child development, excellent classroom management using positive reinforcement, and clear communication skills.
 Attributes: High energy, exceptional patience, flexibility, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
