• Analyze the revenue of medical equipment with clients, including direct profits and potential revenue, and calculate the rate of return.

• Develop cooperation plans and facilitate cooperation.

• Track sales progress and report sales data regularly.

• Follow up on orders on-site, complete equipment installation, and guide customers on how to use the equipment.

• Online guidance for customers to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and on-site troubleshooting when necessary.

• Equipment that cannot be repaired will be returned to the factory for replacement.

• Regularly follow up with customers to understand the difficulties and problems they encounter during use, resolve them as soon as possible, and report to the supervisor.

• In accordance with regulations, information management should be carried out properly, and work reports should be sent to equipment manufacturers regularly.

•     Positive attitude, honest, and eager to learn

•     Experience in medical laboratory work, or a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Testing Technology

•     Outgoing personality; comfortable communicating with others

•     Open to all genders and ages

•     Fluent in spoken English
