📌 Key Responsibilities 
• Handle leasing inquiries and follow up with potential tenants
• Conduct property viewings and explain lease terms
• Negotiate rental prices and tenancy agreements
• Assist landlords and tenants during move-in and move-out processes
• Coordinate unit handovers and required documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Advertise and market available properties
• Shoot video content for property listings and social media
• Our Digital and Video Team will fully support content creation, editing, and publishing. You just need to confidently present properties on camera and take videos.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain tenant records
• Achieve monthly leasing targets

✅ Requirements 
• Experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Confident in shooting property videos and creating content
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
• Familiar with social media platforms and property listing sites
• Able to work flexible hours when needed
• Fluent in English preferred
