- Source and purchase local materials, products, and services according to the company's requirements.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and favorable purchasing terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and other departments regarding purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documents.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel locally when required.
