An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of control centers, deenergized higher voltage equipment, by report to Electrical Engineer and Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain and repair all facilities equipment in the plant and perform whatever duties that are deemed necessary by chief of Electrical engineer or Maintenance Manager.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule maintenance planning all electrical equipment in the power plant, such as Inverters, HV&LV devices including all air conditioners in the Power plant and Utility for all building including of the staff accommodation. 
  • Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment.
  • Modify and improve machinery to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Prepare spare parts plans and manage procurement for factory equipment and tools.
  • Response quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
  • Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted.
  • Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed.
  • Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by chief of Electrical Engineer and Maintenance Manager.
  • As conditions dictate perform hands on maintenance.
  • Learn the different plant processes and attend seminars as requested by chief Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Manager.
  • Assist with plant housekeeping.
  • Become familiar with plant operations.
  • Must be aware and play a vital role of environmental management. 
  • Must be aware and play a vital role of Quality management.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, or related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications or training preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a power plant, industrial facility, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and trouble shooting and understanding of power plants able to read prints and instruction manuals. Knowledgeable in computer database application programs
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary equipment. motor controller, Air conditioner knowledge.
  • Good basic knowledge of solar technology including the construction. Will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong collaboration working as teamwork, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Stay and work in Minbu Soloar Power Plant. (Magway Region)
