Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring system availability, providing first-line technical support, and maintaining smooth network operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor data center devices, network links, and environmental conditions (power, temperature, access), and provide Tier-1 technical support.
• Perform daily operations including ONT setup, account creation, bandwidth profile management, and troubleshooting customer issues.
• Handle incident management by performing initial diagnosis, documenting details, and escalating to relevant teams or providers.
• Prepare and deliver incident and bandwidth reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct environmental checks and manage site access for DC/DR sites.
• Log, manage, and escalate incidents in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ISP or related field.
• Must have CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH infrastructure, basic networking, and system management.
• Hands-on experience with ONT setup, FTTH complaint diagnosis, and OLT management.
• Ability to follow technical procedures accurately and work in shift schedules.
• Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
