  • Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize repair and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to minimize downtime.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, procurement, and inventory of parts and tools.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CMMS.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  •  Support internal and external audits.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
