Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles to maximize fleet availability and minimize downtime. Prepare, monitor, and control fleet budgets, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operating costs. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as vehicle utilization, fleet uptime, fuel efficiency, on-time delivery, and turnaround time. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, road safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and government authorities to ensure efficient fleet support and regulatory compliance. Oversee the implementation and effective use of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, telematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence across fleet operations. Prepare operational reports and provide performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
