Program Overview

The 6-month Management Trainee Program aims to develop the required management capabilities and functional competencies through on-the-job learning and coaching, formal training, cross-functional exposure, and project assignments. The Management Trainees will rotate across different functions in one of the below streams to gain all-round exposure of the MOB banking. After the final program assessment conducted by the Program Committee, participants who successfully meet the required standards will be appointed to Assistant Manager (AM) or Deputy Manager (Dy. Manager) positions at MOB Bank, based on their overall performance, assessment results, and organizational requirements.

• Participate in rotations across Compliance, Credit Risk Management, International Banking, Business Banking, Finance, Treasury, Banking operation, Digital Banking 
• Gain practical experience through on-the-job training
• Participate in training/development programmer to enhance knowledge of banking industry
• Writing reports, analyzing data, and preparing business presentations
• Management Trainee Job includes understanding how banking work
• Report on the progress of goals and objectives
• Management Trainee role provides a comprehensive understanding of banking operation and industrial practices

• Age not over 27 years (as of Oct 2026)
• At least 3 years of working experience (Executive or Assistant Manager) at any sector, more preferred banking
• Bachelor’s (International) or Master’s degree in any field
• Banking topic Presentation with English Version or English questions test
• Interview Assessment with MOB Committee member
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Good Communication skills and Negotiation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in dynamic environments
• Collaborative attitude and respect for diverse perspectives
