We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to oversee all mechanical and electrical systems across our textile factory in Mandalay. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of factory utilities and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of factory utilities including electricity, water, gas, boilers, and generators.

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure smooth factory operations.

• Monitor equipment performance, energy usage, and utility efficiency; recommend improvements where necessary.

• Coordinate and supervise technicians, electricians, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure all M&E systems comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Plan and oversee installation, repair, or upgrading of machinery, utilities, and factory infrastructure.

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support production teams with technical solutions.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

• Work closely with production, administration, and management teams to support operational needs.

• Assist in budgeting for maintenance, spare parts, and utilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (required).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E, facility management, or industrial plant utilities (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of boilers, generators, electrical systems, compressors, water systems, and other factory utilities.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Mandalay and handle hands-on technical operations.
