  • Counting and calculating mechanical and electrical BOQ as per tender project.
  • Taking off quantities and preparing costing & budget for projects.
  • Finding the suppliers and to request quotations for getting reliable price.
  • Searching and meeting good subcontractor for getting estimate.
  • Making effort to get actual quantity in time and fill the price according to client request specification.
  • Control the budget when doing procurement
  • Submitting of progressive claims and variation orders to the client.
  • Preparing for the submission of variation Orders
  • Reviewing and editing M&E related shop drawing
  • Assisting in  Purchasing Department in material Selection, Quality & Price negotiations.
  • Checking the exclude and include items and all are estimated following scope of work or not.
  • Being able to check transportation, tax and other preliminary cost are include or not in their submitted price.
  • Preparing comparison sheets for subcontractor price and making estimation for cost control.
  • Creating and preparing contracts, internal PO & PR and also external PO and payment claim according to company procedure and regulation.
  • Supporting sometimes the design teams.
  • Preparing drawing in coordination with other engineering section Architecture, Design and others.
  • Handling proficiently with designs, BOQ and construction operations.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Prefer B.E (Mechanical).
  • English intermediate skill (B+).
  • More than (2) years’ experience as M&E QS Engineer in construction field.
  • Fluency in using AutoCAD & Revit for M&E Designing.
  • Basic computer skills (MS office word, excel)
  • Good communication and team player in the teamwork.
  • Can work sometimes on weekends. (If needed)
  • Can work overtime depend on work load. (If needed)
  • Can work well with less supervision.
  • Can work well under pressure.
