Project: Plywood Factory Relocation & Installation
- Lead and supervise M&E / EP works for factory relocation projects.
- Manage machinery dismantling, relocation, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Inspect and supervise electrical, mechanical, power, and utility systems.
- Coordinate machine layouts, installation plans, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve M&E-related technical issues encountered on site.
- Supervise all activities in compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all M&E works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
